To meet our commitment, we use a quality assurance program that complies with ISO 9001: 2015. This program of quality management applies to all of its operations and processes according to the required activities and without discrimination. In this program, we add other methods such as: the analysis of failure modes, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA). For us FMEA is a tool for dependability and quality management.

Our quality management permits us to plan and control all stages of production. It is therefore possible to detect cases of non-compliance as soon enough in order to implement preventive measures in light of all the essential steps in achieving our products and services. At Sotrem quality is not just a word; it is a way of working, living and thinking. The customer is always treated as a partner.

Environment :

Sotrem has vowed to protect the environment by recycling!

Given the nature of materials and the work we do in our facilities, we have to comply with environmental regulations. That's why all of our activities are in accordance with applicable laws.

Sotrem ensures is leadership by complying with these standards. We have implemented several internal recycling policies in our facilities. We impose the use of recyclable material and equipment and / or recycled in all our activities. The preservation and improvement of the environment are paramount for Sotrem.
